Ice Cream Card

Today I would like to show you a cute card I made for an upcoming class.. It's my cute little ice cream card. To make it, I used the scallop circle punch from Stampin Up! and cut them in half. I also used pop-up dots to position them, but the neatest thing was the sponging around the edges to give it a nice lift. See ya later!
